Spanish Language Programs / Spanish University Programs
The Institute of Spanish Language and Culture at Universidad de Navarra has been educating international students for the last 35 years. ISLC has been granted the prestigious seal of excellence in the teaching of Spanish as a second language by the Cervantes Institute. Its Spanish courses for non-native speakers are directed towards university and pre-university students who wish to develop their language skills, as well as explore Spanish culture, art, and history.
Students have two options for studying in ISLC. They may opt to participate in the Spanish Language and Culture Course that takes place during the fall semester or they may take the Hispanic Studies Course during the spring semester. During each semester students will study Spanish intensively, and will have classes in other subjects pertaining to Spanish language, history, culture and art.
During the fall, students can participate in up to 375 total course hours, and during the spring semester students may participate in up to 295 course hours.
Students with high to advanced Spanish levels may also participate in academic courses in other areas.
